The best places I may recommend to try Pisco Sour are Pisco museum, Sukha bar, and Elamolienteria bars. There you will find not only Pisco Sour but a lot of other delicious Cocktails based on pisco. My personal suggestion is to try Maracuya Sour and Coca Sour.
